Jesmonite® AC100 is a versatile, water-based composite casting material designed for creating decorative objects, sculptures, mouldings, prototypes and interior features. It combines a mineral base with a water-based acrylic liquid to produce strong, lightweight and highly detailed castings.

Flexible Casting Options
Jesmonite® AC100 can be used for both solid casting and thin-shell hollow casting.
For larger pieces, the material can also be reinforced with Jesmonite® Quadaxial Glass Mesh. This allows strong, lightweight hollow constructions to be produced while reducing material usage and maintaining excellent detail and impact resistance.
